וְאֶת־עַ֥ם עָנִ֖י תּוֹשִׁ֑יעַ וְעֵינֶ֖יךָ עַל־רָמִ֥ים תַּשְׁפִּֽיל׃

And the afflicted people Thou dost save; But Thine eyes are upon the haughty, that Thou mayest humble them.
